The Shocking President UHURU's address on the Rape of a 3 year old girl.

When the President took to the podium after he arrived from Abu Dhabi, where he purportedly went to watch Formula 1 Car races, to give an address on the security situation after 28 Kenyans were Killed by armed Militias while he was away. What he said about the raping of a 3 Year old, probably a Pre-unit Kid or nursery school Kid, left Many people gasping for fresh air to breath. The president was even lucky that he did not make the speech in Migori County, he could have been Nursing wounds from the Smelly shoes thrown on him by an angry parent from the Lake shores.

The president had the audacity to even blame the parents of the raped 3 year who had been molested by an uncle. He said "Are the police in your homes when your Uncles is raping the 3 year old child ? Askari ako hapo ndiyo mseme askari amesabibisha huyo mto anyanyaswe na uncle wake ? ehh ? kulikuwa askari hapo?"  The president surely has lost it with such reckless speeches.

For a parent who knows the pain of a rape ordeal, The Utterance will leave you in furry. The president Must understand that no parent in his right mind would leave her 3 year old child with someone he/she suspects will not feed the child leave alone even slapping her daughter. Rape would be Unimaginable. The president has lost his parental instincts , Can one very fertile Kenyan girl make out with the president and have a baby with him stay around with him when the baby comes out, so that he may understand what parental instinct are? We may need a referendum on this. But the president must think again.
